Graphic Communications

Graphic communication students are taught all aspects of the printing industry.  Students develop the creative and technical ability to turn ideas into printed products through design education and use of appropriate software.  Skill development includes color scanning, photo manipulation, color correction, producing color proofs, color separations, preflighting, page imposition, film output, and imagesetter operations.  The printing section enables the student to understand the offset lithography process including bindery and finish operations.  Students complete the entire process of a project from concept to printing a bound and finished product.
